Registrations Cancelled by the Registrant
All cancellation notices and refund requests must be submitted by the registrant or their representative via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If the refund is requested more than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the Conference start date, AFS will refund 100% of the registration fees,
- if the refund is requested less than 15 (fifteen) and more than 5 (five) days prior to the Conference start date, AFS will refund 75% of the registration fees,
- if the refund is requested less than 5 (five) days prior to the Conference start date no refund will be issued.
Cancellation or Rescheduling of Event by AFS Intercultural Programs
AFS Intercultural Programs may cancel or reschedule any event for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, AFS will provide registrants as much notice as is reasonably possible under the circumstance and refund 100% of registration fees to the registrants.
If the event is rescheduled by AFS Intercultural Programs and the registrant is not able to attend the event on the new dates, AFS will refund 100% of the registrant’s registration fees if the registrant requests the refund within 15 ( fifteen) days of AFS communicating the new date.
